Do not create, solicit, upload, share, or distribute this material, or use Cartha to facilitate exploitation. Survivors can seek support and people can report concerns in good faith. Non-graphic disclosures and prevention education are not violations.

What happens next

After a successful submission, your report is saved with a case ID in a restricted review queue. A notification containing only the case ID goes to our designated child-safety contact, Zack Seyun Kim, at zack@cartha.com. Notification failures are retried and delivery status is tracked separately from human acknowledgment.

Authorized reviewers assess reports and take appropriate action under our standards and applicable law, including restricting violating content or accounts and escalating to the relevant authority when required. The form does not automatically contact law enforcement or impose account penalties. A report is not a finding of wrongdoing.

Report privacy

Safety reports are separate from private Wellness reflections. Only the fields you submit here enter the safety queue. Report details are not sent to AI models or included in notification emails, analytics, or session replay. Access is restricted to authorized safety personnel and necessary service providers; information may be disclosed where legally required.

Reports are retained for safety review and applicable preservation obligations; conversation deletion does not delete a safety report. Contact Zack about report access or deletion. Requests are subject to legal holds and applicable requirements. Do not send suspected material by email.
